Directions to Pelican Point
From Tampa:
Take I-275 South to St. Petersburg
Take exit 28, West towards Indian Shores on Park Blvd (Route 694).
Proceed west on Park Blvd. (Route 694) for 9.7 miles.
Park Blvd. ends when it reaches Gulf Blvd.
Proceed to the right (North) on Gulf Blvd. for 1.5 miles.
Pelican Point will be on your left (Gulf side!).

There is open parking in the front of the building and a reserved space under the building.
